I need customer service for exchange of slipper. Too large for address to ship back

Exchange of slippers and need address to mail back. No one ever answers the telephone. It's been 3 weeks of trying.

Shipping costs

Slippers didn't fit. I had to pay shipping costs both ways. Making this not meet the 100% Satisfaction guarantee in my view.

Same here. Very difficult to navigate returns.

Feel they make it difficult so you give up. I still haven't received my refund.

I coudnt contact My Pillow for an exchange 20 minutes after contacting Pissed consumer My Pillow contacted me via email. All is resolved. Thanks

I have not heard from My Pillow

I purchased a pair of slippers for my fiancé for Christmas & they do not fit. I want to return but I need a RMA number. When I called customer service, there was a 3 hour hold time. I dont see why they cant send me RMA number via e-mail. The order was placed 11/18/21, Order # 171328****. I am worried return time will expire and they will not accept. Thanks, Donna Stallings

RECEIVED THE ORDER TODAY. INCLUDED ON THE ORDER WERE 2 EA MYPILLOW KING SIZE PILLOW AND 2 WHITE KING SIZE GINZA CASES. PILLOWS WERE OK, BUT YOU SHIPPED TWO WHITE QUEEN SIZE PILLOW CASES. WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO TO GET THE PROPER GINZA KING SIZE WHITE PILLOW CASES.

ORDER NEVER DELIVERED/No customer service!!!!

Never received the towels I ordered on Dec. 15, 2021. Customer Service is a SCAM. You get nowhere fast! The only reason I rated this fraudulent company a 1-STAR is because there was nowhere to rate it a MINUS-0. Mike Lindell is a THUG, DISHONEST, AND A LOW-LIFE. For a supposed "relgious man," he is a cheating thief.

User's recommendation: SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM MY PILLOW! NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I started tracking my order on Dec. 16, 2021, it was still in Minnesota and remained there for a few days, then, in Ohio. Yet, Fedex claims it was delivered December 16, 2021. That's an impossible miracle...to deliver my package the next day when it was still in Minnesota. A HOT SCAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY. For such a religious man, Mike Lindell, he is nothing more than a scammer, low-life, and dishonest thief.
