Wow if I had read these reviews sooner I would not have bought anything, I spent a lot of money but nothing was right so waiting for a refund, the worst part was I read almost all the book and was so touched how this man got thru all this, made me sad to think anyone so religious could be dishonest , the worst customer service I have seen in my life, sorry I waisted my time, if he had read all these reviews things would have changed.

Double charge for mattress topper

You have charged me twice for my King size mattress topper. I spoke to Brooke 11/17/21 and she assured me she had cancelled the wrong order. Please rectify this ASAP. ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELLED #1710**** in the amount of $395.04.

Defective slippers

I want to exchange defective slippers. What is the process? I am extremely frustrated with how difficult it is to resolve my issue either on line or via the phone. The last time I called 180******** the wait time was over 2 hours.

I was told many times my purchase was out for delivery..my last notification was it was to be delivered on 12/20…I did get a delivery yesterday yet it was for someone else at this address and was a t

I told them I have a ring doorbell with a camera and that the package was not for me!! I am home 24/7 and get notifications on my doorbell as well as my phone but was told it was deliveredI was watching the whole whole time when I saw Fed Ex pull up and 2 guys in the truck, I g it ran to the door with this tiny box and sped away!!! I notified customer service at My pilloe and they were very rude and said I would have to wait an additional 24 h ours! This is very bad business!! I will cancel my $300.00 purchase TODAY!!

I ordered the towel set. It was very nice. However the first time I washed the large towel the hem came out and fraying. I tried to call customer Service and they said it would be over an hour wait! I tried to chat on line with Customer service. You could tell it was a computer.. It did not know the questions I was asking etc. .... Very poor customer service!!! I was thinking to buy more in the future but don't think so now. So sorry about this as I would like it to work.

StayTrying to return slippers. You have to get an RMA number or they wont accept the return. Well, Ive been on hold waiting for customer service to answer for one hour and 25 minutes!! I wonder if they ever answer,?! What as am this company is.

I wanted to give 5 starts but the algorithm won't let me. I bought 3 Roll &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Go Pillows and LOVE them. They are the perfect size to take anywhere. Very comfortable too! AAAA+ ! They finally let me give 5 stars!
