My pillow is not a my pillow. I paid good money for this pillow and my pillow is junk. Its not a real my pillow. Its just a pillow that was made that says my pillow on it. I tryed to get a refund and no response.

1. I have a credit of $17 which was supposed to be applied to todays order, and it was not. 2. I am on the free-trial delivery service, but it did not give me an option in the pay link. How do I resolve both of these issues?
