Unbelievable the worst pillow I ever made the mistake to buy
I can not print how disappointed I was to receive these pillows. I did not bother to send them back I just throw them out. I needed a good pillow and got junk. I bought into the fact that they were made in america, I wanted a strong pillow. Next time I will look at the complaints on line for a product before I buy something. They should go out of business, I guess I have to keep looking and not buy from on line. I am puting complaint on line so more people do get stuck with mypillow as I did.

The taxi driver did get off his lazy *** in 2007 and built "Bitcoin" in 2008. Something a little more advanced and challenging than a simple pillow or book.

Over priced. Bought medium pillow it was too thick to be comfortable for me. Woke up with stiff neck. Returned with no problem and got full price I paid for it.

CUSTOMER BEWARE WHEN ORDERING RE DENSITY VARIATIONS
At the time of ordering the "2for1" deal, I was only asked T-shirt size and was not advised of the density variations for both Men and Women. I only found that out when the order was received with a "MyPillow" leaflet detailing all the different sizes and variations. Not thinking, I said a Large for me, though sizes will vary and will sometimes need an XLG. Thus, they sent a Women's "White" pillow, and since I like a firmer pillow, I would have gotten a Women's "Green" IF I HAD KNOWN that variation was available. I have had 15-16 emails to and from MyPillow; however, they will not send a postage paid return label unless I pay for it amounting to $9.98 (which I had to pay originally for two pillows!). I feel it was the fault of the order-taking person for not advising me of the different variations. MyPillow refuses to accept that responsibility though they advertise "unprecedented customer service". Shame on them! Therefore, I am returning both pillows by paying the $9.98 for a refund and return label.

I do not like the pillow. I mean it's okay but nothing like the rave reviews in your advertising. I would return it if it wasn't too much trouble and I d have to buy something else anyway. I was very disappointed in the pillow as you made it sound so great and I was looking forward to receiving it but it was very mediocre. When will i learn ?

I have tried almost every pillow out there. All sizes, shapes, firmness, polyfil, memory foam, foam rubber, feather, gel.... I was looking for a pillow that would be thick enough for a side sleeper and still support my neck when I roll to my back. I bought a My Pillow from Bed, Bath and Beyond. I read and followed all the instructions and was so looking forward to a good nights sleep. Like another customer review I read, I also woke up with a very stiff neck. After several nights with no better luck, I opened it up and took several handfuls of the stuffing out and sewed it back up. This helped but not enough to keep using it. I thought about returning it but knowing I had altered it, I didn't think they would give my money back. I'm back to the cheap, flat polyfil that is at least better for back sleeping and I can mold it enough to fall asleep on my side.

My Pillow - Do not spend your money
I wish I would have read all the reviews before I purchased this pillow. Fortunately I bought it at a Bed, Bath & Beyond with a coupon so it was less than advertised on TV (the 2 for 1 price is ridiculous). It does not do any of the things it claims. It does not keep it's shape at all. It is not cool. And does not keep the neck aligned. After 4 nights of neck pain and headaches, I put the pillow aside and went back to my old one. I really regret putting my hard earned money into this and believing the adds.

i could really use a good pillow with this arthritic old neck. but after reading the reviews i think i will pass on my ripoff.com pillow.seems the price is too much, the shipping is slow, the return is expensive, and the customer service is non-existing. i wonder how much they spend advertising on t v with such a low rated product?? they show packing their product and it looks flimsy at the best. i guess i will go to wallmaticus and buy some of their chinese junk. it is real shame that this country cant get it *** together

I bought one for my husband. He loves it & so do I. I dont remember where I got it but I paid $50+ for it. However, the tv offer $99 for buy one get one free is not a bargain!!!

It will cost you $35 to "own" even if you return it
pillow simply is not as advertised. Hot and clumpy. Support was firm per the label, but was actually weak. Woke first morning with the pillow looking like it smashed in where my head had been. It is not cool to sleep on. The $34 cost to "own". I bought it and had it shipped. $100 plus $17 shipping. Did not like the product, got RMA number and spent $17 to ship back to My Pillow. Got my $100 back, but it cost me $34 to do it. Bad product, small size, not as advertised. DO NOT BUY this product. Bed bath beyond is cheaper and better

"My Pillow" is NOT junk! it is the greatest pillow to come out on the market.
I think you should go out of business for saying the wrong thing, it is a diasgrace and you are a *** stirrer! "My pillow" is by far the greatest pillow to come out for the consumers.
I myself love it. But you can go ahead and keep having a bad night sleep every night with rotten pillows!
The pillow is overpriced and after reading most of the negative reviews I certainly won't be purchasing one
