The mypillow.com pillows are terrible at best.
I have neck issues and heard about mypillow.com from Dennis Prager whom I respect. From the very first nights, the pillows were a huge disappointment. They are lumpy and do not help my neck AT ALL. I'm back to my down pillows. Believe I ordered these less than two months ago and would love to return them. A WASTE of money, for sure. Tried putting them back in the dryer to see if that would help, but one of the seams came open and I had pieces of foam rubber in my dryer and all over the laundry room floor.

my husband and I both have my pillows. we wouldn't be without them. we did need to get a pillow case with a gusset for my husband's pillow to allow for the movement of the fill, as it was pulling it too tight and not moulding like it needed to. we would buy these pillows again. great nights sleeping.

My Pillow???? Never in a million years, Going back How *** can we be definitely not quality. Extremely disappointed, I guess people can sell anything and we believe. You should call it YOUR PILLOW GOOD LUCK. I was just going to keep it and not return it but guess what? He is rich and Im out $100.00 and looking for a pillow, what a joke don't be fooled. it came delivered like a rag in an envelope, then you cant use it till you put it in the dryer to make it bigger. definitely disappointed and wont get fooled again.

Walmart sells better pillows then mypillow. The worst *** i slept on!!! Only had it for 2 nights and my neck is in so much pain!! False advertising!!!! Will be returning this ***!

My Pillow Not the Pillow for Me!
I purchased a set of (2) My Pillows (one med & one harder) on QVC and received my pillows within a few days. The first week I slept on this pillow, thinking "I have finally found my pillow" (after spending $$ on several pillows over the years). After one week this pillow became so uncomfortable, filler inside seemed to become smaller/more compact and you have to move it around so much to get comfortable! I am waking up with the worst stiff neck ever. I will try & wash it, then dry as recommended every 3 mos. and hopefully it will plump back up. I paid almost $95 for two pillows w/shipping & handling. Personally This is the worst pillow I have ever purchased.

Can't get comfortable and wake up with a neck ache
For all the reasons I bought it, I dislike it! It was made to look and sound like it was the answer to my sleep and neck problems. Far from it. I am constantly trying to make the pillow mold where it needs to. If you move from back to side in your sleep, you WILL wake up with a neck ache if you can manage to sleep! I am so frustrated and unhappy with it. The only thing I like about it is that it is machine washable but haven't used it long enough to need to wash it yet.

I thank everyone for reviews. I just had a lumpectomy & need something to make me comfortable. I was thinking about this, but I have enough to deal with other than being ripped off. I guess I'll stick with my old pillow.

I purchased two pillows. What a joke. I figured at the ridiculous price they had to be good. WRONG!!! Tried them for two months with nothing but discomfort, neck ache, poor sleep and soreness. Customer service is a joke. I never did receive an exchange or refund. I'm stuck with pillows I will never use. SCAM. Don't buy!!!!!

Rip off company doesn't stand behind product. I'm out 25$ and no pillows. Not fair but what do they care! It's nothing for them to scam people with there american made products that are garbage. I suffer with head and neck pain after brain surgery and this pillow made things worse. They don't care they just want their money

If this happened you could call them and have a new MyPillow sent to you as part of thier 10 year warranty! They are very good about covering thier warranty.
They will work to get you the right pillow so you can get a great nights sleep! As far as the stitching coming out that happens with all kinds of products!
