This is a terrible pillow. I do not understand how My Pillow got some sleep award. The pillow hurt my neck the first night and after the second night, I decided to return them. When I returned them, I paid shipping (24.00) to return the pillows and turns out I lost the 9.98 from the original shipping as well. What a rip off! Lost 35.00 for nothing! Their customer service is not helpful at all. I will never buy an online item that is not found in the store again. I am a pissed customer. I will tell all my patients not to buy this worthless, harmful pillow.

I bought my first my pillow in 2005 and then I bought my 2nd a year later.I love it. I cant sleep with any other pillow. Whenever I travel, I roll it up and take it with me. Thanks for such a great product. I love it.

This is absolutely an infomercial marketing scam, the pillows are terrible. You can get better pillows for half the price at any of the big box stores. Don't fall for it! I did and you can't return them after you put them in the dryer which is required.

I ordered the pillows on 3/25/2015. After reading poor reviews I called and cancelled my order within hours speaking to Kevin at My Pillow. He said he cancelled the order but my order had already been sent on to another computer & didn't know if it would be sent. I called my bank the next a.m. & stopped my payment but somehow the next day the money was taken from my account. I also alerted FedEx by an e-mail which was tracking the items & wrote refused-DO NOT DELIVER!!! I spoke to 2 ladies at my pillow-one on 3/26/2015 & one on 3/27/2015 & was told the package was sent & to just refuse the package & return to the sender. Upon arrival on 4/2/2015 I wrote refused, return to sender as advised & took them to the post office myself. I have called the company & was told there was no documentation that I was told to send them back that way. I am going to my bank & will claim fraud if I do not get my money back soon. I would NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT as their so called CUSTOMER SERVICE is VERY POOR!!!

I have had my pillow for a year or so, it has lost shape it is very uncomfortable

I bought this pillow. When I washed and dried it came apart and the stuffing fell out. I was pissed to spend that much money on a pillow to only have it a few months. Not worth your money that's for sure.

Ordered 2 pillows online with the code given on TV and only received 1 pillow. When calling customer service they said that I did not understand the terms and they would send me another pillow but charge me - oh yes they were so kind to waive the shipping charge. This is definitely a bad company with bad marketing tools. Senior citizens are very much vulnerable to this terrible scam that is happening on a daily basis. Learn your lesson people and don't buy something advertised that seems to good to be true. Definitely a big SCAM and feeling very angry! Big SCAM

That was an awesome move, posting how horrible their product, the "My Pillow", truly is, inside the hospital. I'm watching the *** commercial right now, what's up with the supposed 10 year warranty they advertise? The official pillow of the national sleep foundation? Really? I'd just like to know exactly who the national sleep foundation consists of, it must either a bunch of clowns with dunce hats on, or maybe it's dogs and cats, but I don't believe it would good enough for either group. What's up with the supposed "buy one, get one free?" Trust and believe there's no such thing. For the way over price you pay for the first scam that's not even worth $5 to begin with, they should be sending you a *** more than just one "for free". Thats all scam artists stealing trusting peoples money. Someone needs to tell Heidi and Frank to stop endorsing this ***. They are getting paid really good to endorse it so much. Sorry to say to all of the trusting people that got burned by these scam artists, but you are the ones paying these people so well to endorse this *** so much.

It didn't do anything that the commercial said.It stayed hot ,flattened out and not worth the price. I get a better night sleep with a pillow from Wal-Mart that cost 12 dollars. DON'T BUY IT.

After receiving our order the one pillow was flat. Gave it two days to make sure it just wasnt something I am missing. Nothing changed, I called to see if I could get a different one as this one is flat. The first girl I talked to was great and helpful, suggested I make sure if my husband is happy with his as well and to call back. I did, my husband was ok with his pillow so I called back to only echange the 1 pillow. The second lady on the phone was rude with an attitude that I was bothering her. I was then told how do you want to return that pillow, because you get free delivery on the new one--WHAT. It is not FREE and I am not going to pay twice for something that is wrong with this pillow it is FLAT. I followed the instructions when received and put them in the dryer for 15 minutes each one was fine the other was completely FLAT. Her attitude was less than desireable and I am now returning BOTH pillows. These are not cheap at all and from what I experienced NOT worth the money I will go to Wal-Mart every 3 months and buy new pillows at least Wal-Mart has a better experience to buy from!! This company does not care and NO these pillows ARE NOT worth the price, there is no hassle free returns or exchanges SCAM SCAM SCAM!

The my pillow are terrible pillows my girlfriend and I just hate them and 4 the money we paid they should nt suck do yourself a favor do not buy the my pillow uncomfortable cant sleep without the neck hurting the next morning you lay your head on them get comfortable and wake up and the stuffing is gone under your head and your head is on the mattress we tryed to return them was turn ed down past the sixty day s believe me they sucked b 4 the end of the sixty days back to the drawing board Michael
