MyPillow in Brandon, Florida - Crumbling feeling

I bought my pillow at a store April 2013. The first night I felt I slept better, but that was it. I did not give up, have kept using it. Now you can feel the crumbling of all the little pieces that make up the pillow. It does not feel cool. I used in Michigan where I was living and am now in Florida. I followed the instructions to the letter and have washed and dried it only one time. Again, very disappointing and would never ever recommend it to anyone !! I do not have the receipt so am stuck with this pillow, but its going to find a new home, IN THE TRASH... Thanks for nothing.

bought four pillows two men's two women's , so excited to get home and try these pillow which has been heavily advertised on local media , having had neck pain for some time I thought I had just bought the best product on the market , WRONG after many sleepless nights I Have Given Up , I gave the pillows to a friend thinking he may have a different experiance, he told me after several attempts over a two weeks period, he agreed with me ,also so disappointed with my attempt to buy locally, I'm sorry but these are really bad pillows, I want my 240.00 dollars back, and the search goes on

I bought the My Pillow cuz of all the hype. But this thing is cheap and lumpy and it took me a week to work out the stiffness in my neck!! Memory foam is so much better!!

Ordered two pillows and was told shipping would be by fedex but it is really delivered by usps and if you do not receive your mail by home delivery then they don't deliver your products then will not refund your money to you. Really a bad policy to say it's one way and it is not. Will never recommend or purchase anything from these people ever again and I think that it is a total rip off that they can not refund your money when the product can not be delivered to you as was explained to you at the time of ordering

RE comment about fed-ex vs Post office.

My company sometimes would get an order with delivery request to a P.O. Box number. UPS and FED EX cannot deliver PACKAGES to a PO BOX number.

WE COULD ship to the POST OFFICE box number by going USPS delivery, but.... If the package doesn't fit in a smaller box size, in the past they've been lost.

WE usually call a customer and request an ADDRESS that USPS could deliver to. PO BOX's are unreliable for packages

MyPillow in Richardson, Texas - Poor product, poor service

I bought the MyPillow at a Walgreens as a get well present to myself after surgery, hoping for really good nights' sleep to help me recover, so I was disappointed from the start to learn that it would take 2 weeks for me to start to see the results. After heating it in the dryer as instructed, I found the lumpy texture uncomfortable and too firm, and the pillow does not stay cool, as advertised. So every time I wake up, I have to flip it over and punch it up, just like any other pillow. The instruction flyer lists a number to call if you "don't absolutely love" the pillow after a month, but that number is to an outsourced call center--not helpful at all, So I went to the website and called their direct number, after being assured that the customer service team would be more than happy to help me. However, I was told to take the pillow back to Walgreen's. Since I didn't buy the pillow directly from them, they were not only not interested in making me happy with the product, they weren't even interested in why I didn't like it. My feeling is that this company isn't interested in either a quality product or customer satisfaction. They should stand behind their product no matter where you buy it.

I'm NOT mad at Walgreen's. When I first posted this I did not put Walgreen's in the title.

I guess the website administrator did, and I;d like them to change it back. My WHOLE complaint is against the people who make the MyPillow, because THEY won't stand behind their product because I bought it at Walgreen's.

I don't have the original packaging or receipt, so I didn't even try to take it back to Walgreen's. My issue isn't with Walgreen's in any case--it's with the manufacturer of the pillow. While there ARE occasional nights when I prefer it to my other pillows, the point is that it not only doesn't perform as advertised, but the company that makes it doesn't stand behind the product--won't exchange it or refund your money unless you bought it directly from them, and couldn't care less about why you don't like it.

I also have found this pillow to be very uncomfortable. Tried if for 6 months thinking I needed to adjust to the feel, but unfortunately it didn't happen. When I tried to return them (2 king size) they said it was only a 60 day return policy. I thought there was a 100% satisfaction on their website, so I didn't think I would have a problem. However, no refund and now I'm stuck with 2 pillows that I don't use for $100 plus for each pillow. Don't waste your money, they are not worth the expense. They get lumpy and even after washing them it's still lumpy, so you feel like you are laying on a lumpy, bunched up material inside a pillowcase. I'm very disappointed to say the least especially with the customer service. You would think if they are that sure of their product they would want to make sure the customer is happy!!!

We have enjoyed our pillows. We sleep better and our necks do not hurt.

They are great for us. My only problem is that "my own pillowcases, that came with my sheets do not fit...they make the pillow tooooo firm.

I am opening up "my own pillowcases" and adding a section to let the pillow go to its natural shape and we are fine again. It is alittle work doing this but we love the pillows.

Dont buy these pillows! The first night sleeping on them was awful!

I woke up the opposite of what they say - my neck was killing me. But to top it off I was billed $284.00 for these pillows which they said if you buy one you get one for free. Right! Sending it back tomorrow but will not trust them to get in touch with my credit card co.

so I called the credit co. and I will not be billed for these pillows.

I have learned not to believe everything I see.

They do clearly state that their return policy is for 60 days. This is more than enough time to see if a pillow will work for you. Sounds like this customer didn't bother to pay attention.

MyPillow - LUMPY MY PILLOW

Had this pillow for six months and found it to be nothing special - should have returned it but just let it go. Well the pillow got lumpy all of a sudden so I checked the FAQ on their web site and they recommend washing and drying if it becomes lumpy. Well I did and it is still lumpy. Their customer service is awful. I called and explained my problem and he said "what do you want me to do'? Bottom line is I have to return it at my expense - they will examine it and if it is a manufacturing defect, they will replace it. What BS - how could it be anything other than a manufacturing defect???? The customer service guy didn't have an answer to that. If I return it and they determine it is not a manufacturing defect, they return my lumpy pillow as is. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE

I thought it was because I washed it. Put it back in the dryer---still lumpy.

BUT MY HUSBAND'S PILLOW IS STILL FLUFFY. Can't comment on customer service, because I just now started trying to contact them.

I agree that after a little while it got lumpy. I washed it and it was worse.

I did not attempt to contact them so cannot comment on their customer service. However, they recently contacted me and are going to charge my credit card for the tax on the purchase several months ago. They did not process the order correctly and now they want me to pay.

Avaoid this company and this pillow. :sigh

MyPillow in Columbus, Georgia - 8 pillows no good

The following is my personal opinion and your experience might differ. These pillows are Advertised on TV like a perfect product. They were not even as good as the cheapest pillows that we tried, and i thought with my pillow that we would finally be comfortable. Terrible pillows made all of us hurt. Salesman wouldn't return our calls. He gave us huge, hard as rocks pillows (they have a color schematic and all I wanted was softest ones, yellow perhaps?) and we now have 8 that we don't know what to do with. Most of them are brand new and still in the sealed original packages.

You should never buy that many of a product you don't know for sure will work for you... You should have bought just one or two even at most and try them and see how they are before spending so much money on more ! :) :zzz
