Never received the towels I ordered on Dec. 15, 2021. Customer Service is a SCAM. You get nowhere fast! The only reason I rated this fraudulent company a 1-STAR is because there was nowhere to rate it a MINUS-0. Mike Lindell is a THUG, DISHONEST, AND A LOW-LIFE. For a supposed "relgious man," he is a cheating thief.

When I started tracking my order on Dec. 16, 2021, it was still in Minnesota and remained there for a few days, then, in Ohio. Yet, Fedex claims it was delivered December 16, 2021. That's an impossible miracle...to deliver my package the next day when it was still in Minnesota. A HOT SCAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY. For such a religious man, Mike Lindell, he is nothing more than a scammer, low-life, and dishonest thief.

Yup, I received the same treatment. And I paid extra to get the gift before Christmas.

Their advertising says guaranteed. This is now 3 days after the holiday and still no package. It was ordered on Dec 9th. The C/S bot is reporting over 4 hours wait time to speak to a human.

I actually waited over an hour yesterday but I just couldn't stand listening to one more rendition of Amazing Grace.

I am beginning to think this is all an intentional ploy to dissuade any service related questions. I want a refund on the extra shipping charges but there does not seem to be a reasonable way to communicate that.

Shipping Takes Too Long

Most companies ship within 1-3 days. My pillow projected shipping 10-14 days. Silly me, I thought that meant the grand total period of time from time ordering the product for it to arrive at destination. Apparently not. Still waiting for a tracking #. On day 8 right now. This is ridiculous. I ordered it as a gift and now I wish I had just ordered nice hotel pillows through Amazon. Awkward order website. No customer support available via online chat. The bot question and answer is useless. The price is high and it remains to be seen if the product is worth the price and the wait.

I have been on hold for one hour and 48 minutes. with customer service Phone number 1-80*-***-****. I"ve listened to "Amazing Grace" so many times I've devoloped a tic. I was told the wait was long 25 minutes. I guess I'll hang up. How stubborn can I be. I need a RMA number. It's now an hour and 53 minutes, I guess there is no use holding any longer.

It's been 2 weeks and item has not been shipped yet. Customer Service had a wait time of 2 hours and 12 minutes when I called them. Their automated service said they were preparing my shipment. USPS has yet to receive this shipment. Doubt that thus gift will be read before Xmas as.promised when ordered. "Guarantee receipt of item by Christmas" appeared.on.order. Very disgusted!

I received 2 sets of the towels these liars say are so good. Truth is they stink. The ones I got in Walmart for a third of the cost are waaaay better. When tried to return them I got no response. Customer service is a robot chat and said it did not understand me. This *** is a fraud and the whole deal is a scam.

Very dissatisfied with customer service

I ordered two sets of towels. Expedited versus standard shipping was poorly explained at the time I put in my order.

Since I wanted to be sure to get merchandise for Xmas, I asked specifically whether my order would be treated differently depending upon shipping option. The representative said, No. It will be put in when the order is processed, not how it is being shipped. Since I had over three weeks for the shipment to make it in time, I chose standard shipping.

Luckily, I checked with customer service a week after placing the order. I discovered that the towels had not yet been shipped and they would not be arriving by Christmas. I was told that I could switch to expedited shipping, or cancel my order, i.e., in order to get them by Xmas, I had to change my shipping to expedited, paying more for such service than if I would have originally chosen that option 10 days ago! I am an elderly person on a fixed income in her late 70s.

I wanted to support the company because I heard that it had been unfairly targeted. I had a very positive image of the company before this order. After this experience, I would NEVER recommend the company - not even to my worst enemy! This company nickel and dimes the customer.

Keep in mind that I am a lifelong MN resident who feels strongly that it is important that we support our local companies.

I am STILL worried that my order won't arrive on time and in excellent condition - issues I never had before I dealt with the company's customer service staff. Julie A

The "amazing" towels advertised on TV are terrible and very thin. Costco towels are much better and much cheaper. I am trying to return the towels and it is impossible to do online and you have to wait 2 hours for a human, so you end up having to leave a voicemail and hope they call back. Never buy anything here, very overpriced for the quality

Terrible pillow, terrible service

I ordered a pillow and it came all scrunched up as normal. I ran it through the dryer and it fluffed up nicely.

But then each night when I used it, it go hard and lumpy again unless I ran it through the dryer.

I decided I didn't need to have "pillow maintenance" in my daily routine, so I decided to sent it back. That's when the real problems began.

Customer service was a joke. No answers to emails and hen you call they put you on hold, and you have to listen to gospel music while you wait. Finally got through to someone and they sent me an authorization to send the pillow back.

They said I would have to pay $10 to do so.

I sent the pillow back and instead of getting $29.99 back, as I paid #39.99 for the pillow I only got $20.

What an unscrupulous business! He should take that cross off his neck!

I need to exchange or get refund on my pillow purchase. Customer Service is a JOKE! There is no place online to request return, only to call Customer Service that puts you on hold for 1 hr and 40 mins. They dont even offer a call back ph call. It is like if you buy, its your loss! That is so very wrong. Just a link to get a return label would work. I will never buy from this company ever again. BTW, the pillows are not the most comfortable but a bunch of assorted pieces of regular foam. It bunches up through the night just like a cheap pillow I could purchase anywhere!
