Way overpriced!

We ordered two my pillows about four months ago that were way overpriced, and they both became indented into a U shape early into the third month.

Cannot get a RMA sent to me after several requests!!!

I need to return two pillows ordered march3,2020. After several requests by phone and email I have yet to receive aRMAnumber. It is my understandinfG you will not refund without that number! Please HELP!

Can not get a return number after calling four times

Have called 4 times and left name and phone number. This has been over a 9 day time. Sheets are not made in U S A . Seams on pillows cases are not straight and are ragged.

Order not recieved

We did not receive our order. It was placed on 3/31. Fed Ex says it was deliver 4/4 at 2:08 we were home and checked frequently. It was not delivered here.

Fed Ex is the worst of all delivery services to date. I had the same experience with a their delivery of an iPhone. Their drivers don't know their assigned areas.

Having issues getting my item.

Customer service isnt the best the lady I could tell wanted to argue!! I ordered my item on the 7th and still hasnt receive it on the 23rd!! I told the lady it will be a month she said no it hasnt been a month its only the 23rd with a smart attitude. I will say that me mad I told her Im not stupid I know its the 23rd and that its ridiculous to wait this long. I also told her before they blamed it on covid-19. This was ordered before the outbreak happened!

Call the channels and tell them you'll drop them for showing MyPillow ad so many times per hour, it sucks!

Fox is airing the MyPillow ad many times per hour. Enough is enough. Call the channel and tell them that you "ZAP" as soon as this fellow salesman-owner from the "seventies" with his same old same blue shirt. his christian cross to show people how much he is a good "salesman", Giza cotton? Allo? Paper thin, best for winter nights...Allo? I am about to drop FoxNews, included Hannity, best friend of Mike...?

I would ot buy another product of theirs.

I have had my pillow for about 3 years. this year my pillow got hard, so I thought I would wash it and now it is lumpy and horriable to sleep on. I am with some of the others your ads are getting ----------. The worst one is about the sheets. "Idon't like my sheets, I love them !" Or i fell right asleep. REALLY? Don't but any of these things. To send a photo, do you want me to cut the material and show you or do you want it back to put into another pillow?

Don't expect costumer support in any way

In April I ordered a 2 pack of premium queen pillows from the MyPillow online website. I received the 2 pack and used them for a period of time to realize that the material in the pillow was moving during the night resulting in a wedge shape that caused me neck pain from an old Army injury. I talked with costumer support on Facebook messaging and suggested exchanging my pillows for ones with more stuffing. I sent them both pillows, and they only sent back 1. When I called the support number they told me their records only show I bought 1 pillow. They requested a picture of the original packaging via email that showed the original packaging was the size for 2 pillows. Even though I sent the picture they still insisted I only purchased one pillow and refused to send me a second one. They also refused to check to see if I had sent them 1 or 2 pillows for exchange that they received on Dec 8th. When I asked for a corporate number, they told me they were corporate then they hung up on me, refused to help any further, and blocked me on Facebook. I did not pay $95 for one pillow when there were offers for a 2 pack and a 4-pack special for a similar price. I gave them proof of a 2 pack purchase with a picture of the packaging as requested, and they still would not help.
