I would like a refund, but I'm severely disabled and have no way to get to the post office to return the wrong products I received. I guess I'll just have to except the fact that I got totally screwed by MyPillow and their fu#@ed up customer service department.
I'll never buy anything from them ever again, potentially costing them thousands of dollars. I still love Mike Lindell and all God fearing conservatives.

Returns have been handled well. The fact I've HAD to return items (3 to date) does not speak well.

I slept with My pillow for 3 nights. I slept great and the pain in my shoulder/Neck went away!
I was bragging it up! After the 1st Day I started to feel sick to my stomach and called it an early night. I woke up the 2nd morning to have SEVERE HIVES and SWOLLEN EYES!!!!!!!!!! I went to the Dr and was prescribed Zyrtec and Pepcid and advised to take Benedryl at night.
I called it another early night. Woke up the 3rd morning to Hives mostly gone; however, BOTH eyes were swollen! I knew it had to be the My Pillow
Thankfully Amazon gave me the money back!
How sad and discouraging though that so many people must be allergic to the polyurethane the pillows are made of..The My Pillow is not even allowed in my bed any longer! Thumbs down!

The pillowman is a jerk
I do want to apologize for using the not-so-great language but I called one night and spoke to one of your gentleman there he accused me of not having an account he said the address I was given him was incorrect he couldn't tell me what the address was that he had I didn't understand any of it so I went into my phone and found the confirmation number of what I had ordered and it got a very pleasant young lady who apologized and found my account with no problem the address was the same as it was supposed to be I gave her the same information I gave him but he was insistent that I didn't have an account I don't know whether he was new and didn't know what he was doing but I was very aggravated but like I said the girl I spoke to was very sweet and I would like you to know she's an asset to your company

My pillow marketing executives need to be replaced. They are totally unqualified to be in upper management positions. Seriously, think about it.
