I bought 3 of these pillows and i can honestly say they are the worst pillows i have ever used i would rather sleep with hay. I from MN and the info mercials are made using m Mikes own employees they are all on his payroll and sell the products at tradeshows throughout the country i have seen everyone of them selling his product. Do not buy these pillows and what the *** is the National Sleep Foundation is that the same as the American Sleep Foundation or the international Sleep Foundation or the Europeon Sleep Foundation.... Save your money and buy a down feather pillow

Sent the two pillows back today. Terrible material, felt like little frozen peas, and never lived up to their promises. No support for my head, but that was the major reason I bought it. Going to Costco to check out gel pillow that stays firm and cool.

I travel frequently because of my job. I heard the mypillow commercial by a female personality on a talk radio station here at my home in the Wilkes Barre/Scranton Area as well as many radio stations in other cities. It appears that practically every radio personality was either given or has purchased the mypillow and now they not only love it, all their friends love it, and people stop them on the street and tell them it after sleeping on mypillow, their neck and back pain and so on are now gone. These radio personalities all have the identical "exclusive" offer of buy one, get one free, which is supposedly available only to listeners of their stations using a a promo code, which happens to be the station's call letters. Apparently, it the most amazing invention since sliced bread and the medical community knows nothing about the alleged health benefits of these pillows Checking the reviews on Amazon, they are mixed or mostly negative on the quality and medical claims of the product. Are we to believe that all of these diverse hosts on these multiple radio stations uniformly received and adore the mypillow, or is the whole thing a scam and they are just blatantly lying, readily flushing their credibility and reputations down the toilet for a few measly dollars? It may take more than my pillow for them to get a good night's sleep if the feds start cracking down on this type of phony baloney advertising.

On top of being disappointed, I just had a conversation w/ a rep from this terrible company. I had to call twice and finally got an arrogant guy who told me that these pillows have a 60 day 'comfort' warranty. We bought ours in Laughlin at the Riverside Hotel in March. After sleeping on these pillows during our stay, we were impressed so bought two. I swear they are different from the hotel pillows! This 'kind' man on the phone said there is nothing they can do for me. How's that for customer service? PS. There is nothing in the warranty that states the 60 day comfort satisfaction. What a rip off. DO NOT buy these pillows. Chopped up pieces of foam!!!!!!

If want to want a good pillow you have to spend good money on one. If it sounds to good to be true. It probably is!

I wish I would have read all the reviews before I purchased this pillow. Fortunately I bought it at a Bed, Bath & Beyond with a coupon so it was less than advertised on TV (the 2 for 1 price is ridiculous). It does not do any of the things it claims. It does not keep it's shape at all. It is not cool. And does not keep the neck aligned. After 4 nights of neck pain and headaches, I put the pillow aside and went back to my old one. I really regret putting my hard earned money into this and believing the adds.

IT REALLY REALLY REALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!

I purchased two pillows. What a joke. I figured at the ridiculous price they had to be good. WRONG!!! Tried them for two months with nothing but discomfort, neck ache, poor sleep and soreness. Customer service is a joke. I never did receive an exchange or refund. I'm stuck with pillows I will never use. SCAM. Don't buy!!!!!
