I ordered 2 mattress toppers 3/31/2020
order 108*******-* and 2
received. my wife doesn't like hers.
I was told to return it in 60 days to a charity and get a receipt and it would be refunded because once unfolded from the large box I wouldn't be able to get it back in and shipping is rather costly. That sounds like a good idea but I live in NYS and all charitable units and stores are closed due to this pandemic. I cant take it anywhere or get a receipt. I've tried numerous times to call but cant get anyone in service only in sales.
I emailed support and they said to find a box to put it in and mail it back. This doesn't make sense.
I'd have to make a huge box for this etc. These are all the reasons why they told me in the beginning not to ship it back because its not worth them rehandling large returns on their end either.
