On May 7, 2017 MyPillow.com offered me free shipping in the process of purchasing a two pack of pillows. Then on the last screen as I entered my credit card and gift card information, they took away the free shipping [after accepting my gift card of $10].

Love your pillows, but I am confused. Are you offering free shipping or not? Is a gift card mine to spend? The gift card does NOT say "cannot be coupled with any other offer." I tried to get back the free shipping offer back but it was gone, nada, nothing.

No deal. Poooof it disappeared.

So I was forced to pay for shipping. Go figure.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Pillows.

I was just about to order 2 "MyPillows" for $19.95* until I read the reviews! That's BS Mike!

But, Hey, YOU got Rich as *** and Consumers got ripped off, lied to, misrepresented, etc. *** YOU!!
