The My Pillow company has horrible customer service. They charged me $10.00 shipping for a small pillow case and I can no longer track the package and I have called them twice and they can't track it either but said I need to wait 14 days.
At that price, it should have almost been an overnight shipping. It appears that they will not help me even if I never receive it. I would not recommend ordering from this company. When it was sent, I could track it and it told me the date it would be delivered.
Then the tracking information and date disappeared and My Pillow can't track it either so where does that leave me? I paid an enormous price for postage and it has been a nightmare to get my item.
