What an experience...all I wanted to do was return these pillows. Talking to the customer service rep was a nightmare.

She was rude, and very nasty. I can not help it if the product is poor....they guarantee these things and then when you want to send them back, you get a rude customer service representative. The quality of the pillow is poor, the price is too high and the customer service is rude.

You are much better off going to the local department store and buying at half the price or more and receive a better product. If you do buy from them, I hope your experience is better than mine.
