I called Customer Service over a month ago to complain about two

pillows that split their seams in the washing machine and spilled the

foam . They asked me to send a photo, which I did. Then they said they never received the photo so I resent it, and called to confirm that they received it. They did. Weeks went by with no answer so I called again today and, again, they denied receiving the photo and hung up on me.

I called back and was told that they could not do anything for me. I am

totally disgusted with this company. Their advertising is false and their treatment of customers is appalling .

Call your credit card company and dispute it if you do not like the pillow if enough people would be smart enough to dispute it on your credit card and showed them the pictures you have nothing to worry about teach this piece of *** company a lesson dispute it on your credit card !!!!!!!
