After receiving my pillows I tried for several hours to get to the warranty person ,after several Transfers that got dropped I tried to register through my I pad and found customer comments,needless to say most were not favorable on these pillows and customer service at warranty number has been busy for four hours so far. Not my idea of good or even fair customer service even at twenty four hrs a day guess I have to try at four am?
Hoping pillows are better than customer service,if any one reads this maybe you can send me the gift card since I don't have a regular computer any more only an I pad I bought two pillows. Thanks you
