I order a "set" of pillows for my husband and MIL. I called a week later and no one could find my order.

I, magically, got a shipping confirmation the next day. Stuff happens, I get it. My kids started fighting over using the pillow, so I decide to buy 4 more. Same thing happens again, no shipping, no confirmation, but they charged my card immediately.

I was told that unless otherwise specified, companies have 48 hours (or 2 business days) to ship product after the cc has been charged.

Apparently this company doesn't stand by that. Would like to actually receive ridiculously priced pillows.
