Recent My Pillow Order

We have been using My Pillows for over a decade and we have always loved them. I thought it was time to replace my old ones and I ordered 4 standard size and specified "Extra Loft." After several phone calls to customer service, one of which was an 1-1/2 hour wait, I received my pillows on June 26th.

They were nowhere near "extra loft." I opened one, placed in my dryer for 15 minutes and it fluffed out but as soon as I laid my head on it, it went completely flat. They advertise "Happy Returns." It's a lie. I received a QR code and took the pillows to the UPS store. Yesterday, I looked to see if I received a refund and they refunded $63.00 of a $92.00 order.

They retained $25.00. I don't call that a happy return. I'm sorry that Mr.

Lindell is involved in so much litigation but he needs to back up and regroup his once great company. I won't be ordering from My Pillow until he does.
