I have heard from two friends who also purchased thes pillows. They had the same poor result.

They did not return the pillows because it costs almost as much to return the pillows than it did to purhcase the pillows. SOme guarntee-damned if you do and damned if you don't.

2 friends and myself each purchased 2 my pillows. After the 1st night of use all 3 of us experienced sever neck and back pain.

We all called the company and they were extremely arrogant and did not care one bit about our experience. It cost almost as much to return the product as it did to pay for the product. Plus, I waited 30+ days for a refund. My friends did not want to pay for the return and just use the pillows as decoration.

The product is misrepresented by the owner in advertising and is dangerous for your health. Consumer protection agency needs to stop this company from selling this pillow because it is dangerous to your health.
