MyPillow - Deceptive Return Policy/Unacceptable Customer Service
I purchased the "new product" "My Slippers". It took two weeks for fulfillment.
The first pair did not fit. The web portal does not facilitate returns or exchanges. I called customer service &;;;;;;;;;; the recording announced a wait time of up to one hour. The customer service rep arranged the exchange for a different size.
The replacement pair arrived in one week. It did not fit. Once again I called customer service & the recording announced a wait time of up to 30 minutes. The customer service rep arranged for the return but informed me that I was responsible for the return shipping charges.
Although there is a total refund policy it does not include shipping charges.
I asked the rep to inform Mike Lindell that he has lost a customer. I am now awaiting myd refund less the shDipping charges.
User's recommendation: Go Elswehere.
