I ordered my pillows, paid for expedite delivery. They ship to a Fed Ex hub fifty miles away ( 1 way) and not to the address given at time of order.
When I call I wait for a supervisor to assist and get hung up on after waiting. I contacted Fed Express and they said the only people who can change the address is the shipper. I call back, leave a message and no one calls me back. I call again and wait on hold once again, than hung up on once again.
Not very professional and I have not even seen the product I ordered. I am about to cancel this order
