I ordered 2 my pillows about a month ago. My husband and I tried them for 2 weeks...We are NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE QUALITY NOR THE HYPE OF A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP.

I am not happy with the return policy nor the quality of these pillows. We both get a better night's sleep with our $15 pillows. I did return them about a week ago. I had to pay the shipping charge of $9.98 & a return shipping charge of $9.98.

Not happy about that as I was not informed of any ship charges or return charges.

I have written my pillow company an email asking for the refund...didn't get a reply back yet. I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY REFUND.

Product or Service Mentioned: Mypillow Standard Premium Pillow.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $20.

I didn't like: Pillow was not comfortable and too lumpy.
