I bought the 2 for one pillows (King and Queen). Neither worked for me.

To make a Long Story Short: Returned them, they sent another. That didn't work, and they wanted to send another--Told them: "NO!". Bottom Line: Paid $20.00 in Shipping fees to Return them, one month of going back and forth, and Still--No Pillow! None of that is stated in their "Guarantee, Money Back" Policy.

This Pillow is no better than a pillow you can buy at Walmart--for half the price! By the time I paid the Shipping to send them back, I could have bought one at Walmart or even--TJMaxx!

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $20. The author is overall dissatisfied with Mypillow. The most disappointing about mypillow pillow from Mypillow was bait and switch Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
