Pillows came as promised. Poor quality, not worth the money.

I wanted to return them and at the very least get one with more filling that might be firmer. Good luck getting a hold of them. You are on hold listening to gospel "Praise the Lord" music. No where in your order are there any instructions on how to return it, other than call a number.

They do not publish their address anywhere. Not on their invoice, not on their website. If you call to order, they answer immediately.

If you call to return or exchange, good luck getting through. They don't ever want to hear from you again.
