Company contacted me and sent me replacements for the defective pillows. I did not have to pay to ship the bad pillows back, just threw them out. After i received my replacement pillows, i received an email from them with warranty information saying that mypillow was responsible for shipping costs.

Ordered the 4 pack and put them in the dryer before use as instructed. Three of the four sprang leaks and filled my dryer with bits of white foam.

I emailed them and was asked for pictures, which I sent. Obviously something wrong in the sewing department. Then I was informed that I was responsible for return shipping.

They will email me a label and deduct the cost from my refund. What a joke.
