My husband went out on a limb and ordered 4 pillows as a surprise. We had a bunch of friends coming to stay with us and ordered the pillows to coincide with that.
5 days later still no pillows. My husband called their customer service and they told us there was an issue and the order had not been dispatched. My husband explained that we needed the pillows this wknd but the girl said their earliest we could get them is another 4 days out. How hard is it to overnight an order to protect your reputation?
The girl then HUNG UP on my husband and he had to call back.
The company is full of *** and pretends that it is all about family values.
