I wonder if some of the issues regarding my pillow being hard and not comfortable might be because they don't put the pillows in the dryer to fluff them. A friend of mine had two of them still in the bag and said she was going to return them.
She said they were terribly hard and flat. I asked her if she had put them in the dryer and she said no. I put them in her dryer and within 5 minutes the pillow had grown about 4 times bigger and were soft and fluffy. I regularly put mine in the dryer and they fluff up beautifully.
I was given my pillow by a friend who tried it and she didn't like it, but for me, it's the best pillow I've ever had, and I'm 77.
I wonder if the mattress topper problem is also an issue of needing fluffed up.? If so, it wouldn't be practical for me to try to cram it into a dryer a couple x a month.
