It truly amazes me when you buy something and a company touts itself is being such an above board company and prays on good people with a bunch of tactics that make it impossible to return this product- is also amazing to me the impossibility to actually return these pillows without holding for hours at a time trying to get an a legend return number which is mandatory. if you’re too busy why not hire more associates so customers aren’t waiting?
Now let’s get to the pillow -I’m almost afraid that it contains things that are nasty because it feels like a bunch of cut up foam boards, it’s probably made for about a dollar, and I’m not kidding it’s horrible quality.
I will go to any measure to get this returned as I hate to feel like that I’m ripped off -please stay away you will not regret it. Hey Mike Lindell- why don’t you get your face off everything and start working on your customer experience .
