I couldn't find my paperwork to send the two my premium pillows back for a refund so I kept them in spite of being very dissatisfied. I did send a text to My Pillow rep and stated that my pillow (white label for women) was defective - flat, lumpy, hot - definitely did NOT hold its shape during the night or support my head or neck.
My husbands pillow was slightly better - it was the green label one that was designed for a man.
I would definitely NOT recommend this expensive pillow for purchase. I will go back to replacing my old choice every six months if necessary.
