I have owned the my pillow for about four years now, I had not had any issues before, but for the last six months or so, when I wake in the morning, both of my shoulders are aching and sore. I then decided to try a conventional pillow and since then all is fine.

I do not know if this is because the my pillow has gotten old and lost its support of if my body has just changed, but now having a different pillow, I am convinced it was the my pillow. My understanding is that it is guaranteed for ten years, how do I submit the pillow for warranty review?

This reviewer shared experience about warranty issue and wants this business to "i would like a new pillow" as the author lost $50. The author is overall dissatisfied with Mypillow. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
