This pillow is a SCAM, FRADULANT ADVERTISING. TO OF US PURCHASED THE PILLOW FOR PERSONAL TESTING; 7 OF US WOKE WITH STIFF NECKS, HEADACHES, ETC.
THREE OF US ACTUALLY HAD MORE SNOREING PROBLEMS. NONE OF US RECEIVED THE SECOND PILLOW FREE AND SHIPPING AND HANDLING REALLY MADE PILLOW A MUCH HIGHER PRICE. , ALL OF US REQUESTED A REFUND AND WOULD RETURN PILLOWS BUT COMPANY REFUSED TO RETURN MONIES AND DID NOT WANT RETURN PILLOW(S) RETURNED. HOW DO WE GET OUR MONEY BACK.
AS WITH MOST TELIVISION ADS, THIS IS JUST ANOTHER SCAM AND FRAUD PERPRATED ON THE GENERAL PUBLIC. WE WANT OUR MONIES RETURNED AND THE COMPANY PROCUATED FOR THE HARM AND FINANCIAL LOSS CAUSED US. HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS? WE ALSO ALL ORDERED THE KING AN RECEIVED ONE THAT WAS LESS THAN SIZE OF QUEEN PILLOWS?????????
WE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND FIND THEY WILL PROBABLY NOT DO THE CORRECT THING. WE ALL ORDERED FROM INTERNET AND WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT SECOND PILLOW WE TOLD THAT (EVEN THO FREE PILLOW OFFER WAS AT TOP OF PAGE) offer did not count. WE TRIED BY PHONE BUT TOLD OFFER DID NOT COUNT AS OFFER HAD BEEN CLOSED AND A SECOND PILLOW WAS NO LONGER FREE????????
I have an attorney looking into this and he thinks we have a case of false advertising plus other acts of fraud and lies by my pillow. This is all fact and it would have been nice if the ad was correct, but as usual we are all victims of lying and false advertising!!!!!!!!!!
