I hope they go out of business for advertising *** on TV (horrible quality - dirty pillows received). making me waste my time ordering/returning products.
I guess there is a hope for them that 4 of 10 customers do not return the product. I am in the process of getting a credit.
Companies like this should not get away by advertising horrible products and promising to a full refund, It is a total waste of time for the consumers. Also, keep in mind that once you paid , they so call process to refund your money can take up to 30 days.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of mypillow pillow and associated monetary loss in the amount of $120. Mypillow needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
