I BOUGHT MY PILLOW WHEN THEY FIRST WERE SOLD TWO OR 3 YEARS AGO HAD A PROBLEM WITH NECK AND HEADACHES CALLED THEM AND BOUGHT THE 4 PACK DIFFERENT SIZES STILL HAD THE PROBLEMS GOT 2 MORE MARCH 2017 AND THEY WERE WORSE I CALLED AND TALKED TO JOHN ABOUT IT HE SAID WELL YOU CAN'T GET A REFUND I DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR THAT BUT NO OFFER OF ANYTHING ELSE FROM THE COMPANY. JUST ANOTHER SCAM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US.
