Purchased pillow in November. Still waiting for that ONE good night's sleep.
There are not 100 words to describe this product. Awful; inferior, etc. Customer service insists that I did not purchase My Pillow but another called I love my pillow. I have the purchase receipt and the flyer included with the purchase (Thank you for your Purchase) ("Guaranteed The Most Comfortable Pillow You';; Ever Own!" with pictures of Mike Lindell, washing instructions, instructions for "Perfect Fit" and registration instructions.
Misrepresentations run rampant.
These pillows are not cheap and the only good thing about my purchase is that I only bought ONE. LEARN TO COUNT
