Their TV ad shows the pillows being packed into corrugated boxes. Wrong! They arrive in a white plastic bag that looked like it had been stored in a dumpster. The pillows contained a chemical smell. Followed their instructions to run them through our dryer before using them. When we slept on the pillows they went partially flat during the night. We puffed them up again for a few nights, but they were no better than a $5. pillow.
Finally we decided to return them because My Pillow says they will return your investment up to 60 days. We met all the criteria and returned them. Their RMA process is very slow, when you call them, they tell you to leave your phone number and they will call you right back. Not sure if they mean within your lifetime.
They subtract $10 from the $119 for postage, AND we had to pay $15 for returning the pillows.
I have called them twice to find out what if anything was the problem of not receiving $94 ($119-$10-$10 =$94), to date they have NOT returned my call. Even though a "recording from Mike" telling you they will call you right back. That is NOT true.
Mike needs to be told, Denial is NOT a river in Egypt.
He states, My Pillow will give you the best nights sleep ever, not true. Another great American ripoff.
Would suggest keeping your own pillow, and if you like it, keep it, and buy another one when you need to replace it. You'll save $100 and you won't have to pay postage both directions.
