I bought one get one free. They are horrible.
As soon as I opened it, read the contents of the pillow, laid my head on it, I repacked it and sent it back. Waited a month, no refund. Sent emails. They said they never got them.
I did everything right. They said I sent it to the wrong address. I corrected them, and sent them a copy of the UPS shipping and they signed for it, and they had it.
Finally they said, Yes, we have the pillows, we will issue you a refund. We'll see.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of mypillow pillow. Mypillow needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
