Tried to cancel mattress toper order that was never shipped. They refused to cancel. Customer service is a joke! Steer clear of this company. They are a fraud!

User's recommendation: Based upon the poor treatment I have received prior to an attempted order, I rather doubt that I wish to do business with such a company represented as one entirely void of integrity.

MyPillow - Trying to get a return merchandise authorization

After trying your phone lines for several days I have become frustrated by being on hold for an hour or better and NO RESPONSE. I ordered Giza Sheets and I ordered the wrong size and Need a Return Merchandise Authorization, so I can exchange them. I left a message with your Customer Service Line and never got a return call, within 24 hours as promised. Please help me!

MyPillow - Don't expect costumer support in any way

In April I ordered a 2 pack of premium queen pillows from the MyPillow online website. I received the 2 pack and used them for a period of time to realize that the material in the pillow was moving during the night resulting in a wedge shape that caused me neck pain from an old Army injury. I talked with costumer support on Facebook messaging and suggested exchanging my pillows for ones with more stuffing. I sent them both pillows, and they only sent back 1. When I called the support number they told me their records only show I bought 1 pillow. They requested a picture of the original packaging via email that showed the original packaging was the size for 2 pillows. Even though I sent the picture they still insisted I only purchased one pillow and refused to send me a second one. They also refused to check to see if I had sent them 1 or 2 pillows for exchange that they received on Dec 8th. When I asked for a corporate number, they told me they were corporate then they hung up on me, refused to help any further, and blocked me on Facebook. I did not pay $95 for one pillow when there were offers for a 2 pack and a 4-pack special for a similar price. I gave them proof of a 2 pack purchase with a picture of the packaging as requested, and they still would not help.

One of the prompts asks you to press 2 to leave a MESSAGE..or ...WAIT to talk to a representative, DOES THIS MAKE SENSE? They should fire the idiot who wrote the sequence of the prompts. When you press 2 you hear a beep where you have to leave a message ...BUT..I want to talk to customer service !!! You have no choice but leave a message and then you get disconnected. WHAT A JOKE!!!! Mike Lindell ought to rethink about what kind of opening statement he wants to leaves when you call the 800#

MyPillow - Poor Customer Service--No response from Mike Lindell

I asked (via email) their customer service site what is the difference from there pillow product types and what makes the price point difference and what do they recommend for me considering I have returned two different sets of there pillows. After several emails whitout a clear answer I wrote (hard copy) letters to Mike Lindell the President/CEO and got one response from someone who was not Lindell and they offered no response to my questions. As a result I bought pillows from Snuggle-Pedic and my wife and I like them very much. I hope no one buys/does busness with My Pillow until they improve there customer service and learn how to actually answer a question from someone who is trying to buy there product!!

MyPillow - Worst "customer service" individual I've ever encountered

The following is what happened when I called: "I called your customer service number a few minutes ago (it is now 7:06 PM on 5-3-19), and was requesting information about three of your bed options. I spoke with the most obnoxious young man, who was extremely rude and seemed dysfunctional. I told him once that he was beginning to tick me off, but stupidly, he did not take the hint and became even worse. Your conversations are undoubtedly recorded, so I'm hoping you will go back and listen. My phone number is 000-000-0000, and as I mentioned above, I spoke with him at approximately 7:00 PM. I would still like the information for which I called, because I understand that one bad apple doesn't spoil the goods. Thank you." I waited until May 17 because I received no response, sent an email and asked to be called. I received an email, not a phone call, undoubtedly from the same guy I had spoken to the first time. Here it is: How can I assist you? John M Larson 3rd Shift, Call Center Happy Helper MyPillow, Inc. The reason I contacted MyPillow was because I wanted to buy a mattress topper, or a mattress to go along with the MyPillows we already own. I believe that any communication I send will go directly to the rude guy I first spoke to. So, they are out a sale because of him, and apparently no one cares.

Your put on hold for a long tim IF your lucky enough to get through. I found out that there is a premium pillow that is the same price as the bed bath and beyond. I want to exchange the supposed firm pillow nearly flat for the blue premium fluffy one. What is your email ? I send you label to send back. In 10 to 12 days you get new pillow. I just wander what is next maybe a my comforter or a sham scam or my pajamas ect on and on he shows his my mattress and box springs and in a commercial he shows his pillow topper on top of his mattress and box springs and next is his sheets he never tells you if you buy his pillow topper you need to buy all new sheets that why he has his Giza sheets he is nothing but a scam artist and he needs to take that cross off his neck he is given an F by the bbb if you have half of a brain you should never buy any of his products most people don’t ever get there money back because customer service is horrible he needs to put the devil around his neck but if you want to buy try to customer service first and record the conversation and tell them you are doing so it is admissible just trying to help you

I am CoherentNorwegianForest816. Another thing I wanted to explain is that customer service would not budge. They claimed that there were no supervisors available and that one would call me back. I called over and over again and finally asked a man if he would do this to his grandmother as well. he said yes, we cannot change the policy. I am a senior being taken advantage of, disabled, handicapped as well. This has caused me much mental and physical angst. I finally went to the top to ml@***.com. One of the Supervisors finally called me and gave me his email address. I hope that Mr. Lindell responds to this trouble I have been put through more than half a day writing emails, sending pictures talking on the phone, waiting for a callback, etc. I sit on my tailbone. How painful. I had to have the exterminator come into my apartment, do the stairwell, the hallway. all were infested. It was just a really poorly handled transaction. It took a long time to get part of my money back, since the 23rd of March to 4-6-19.

For your information, many local stores sell pillows of all kinds and shapes. Also Amazon.com sells more.

A good down pillow is hard to surpass for comfort, etc. I hope you didn't do any harm to the ant colony infesting your abode as someone might accuse you of "ant genocide" and criticize you on social media.

"My Pillow" is probably the worse money I have ever spent on a product. At least I didn't buy 2.

My husband was smart enough to say His brother bought one & it was very uncomfortable & told him not to waste his money.

Of course I didn't listen and wasted my money. Haven't heard the last of it from him.
