Although my husband & I love our pillows, registering it for the warranty was not such a great experience! Hold, hold ...continue to hold for their "outstanding" customer service.

The first time I chose to hit star & leave our #. No call back from their 24/7 service. 2nd call today, I chose to hold for a full 10 minutes. I was then told by a very hesitant man, that he guessed he could register it, but he would really need to send me paperwork.

I said nope thanks for the FANTASTIC service & hung up.

I managed to register them on line. I don't think the claims about the terrific customer service holds water!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of mypillow customer care. Mypillow needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
