We paid 108.00 with shipping and handling. The pillows aren't bad, just not worth the money.

They came rolled up in a little box. It took a day for the pillows to decompress. Consumer service was very confused when my package was coming, it took 3 calls and 14 days to get them, no tracking number or anything. I received my package on Dec 29, I called back 4 times and no return call, the message said someone will call in 24 hours.

I did get immediate responance on FB when I left a comment on an aid that appeared for mypillow.

I left a private comment and had a call in 20 minutes. I was told I would receive an email for a shipping label to get a refund minus 10 for shipping, that was Jan 7, its now Jan 14, 2017.

I thought about getting a pillow but after reading about customer service.Made in USA and you wonder why we don't by American products,quality and good customer service is what we want in America.

My 17.00 kmart pillows are better than spending 50.00 on a pillow with bad reviews.
