Don't plan on contacting them, it wouldn't make a difference with the numerous complaints and return problems, they don't care. Before I buy anything, I always check out the reviews and base my decision on whether or not I buy a product on the reviews I have read, and if the complaints have been handled properly by the company that they are complaining about.

Customer service means every thing to me, if folks are dissatisfied with the service they get after they buy the product, I will not buy that product.

$30.00 IS AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT TO SPEND TO RETURN BAD PRODUCT, THEN THEY DEDUCT ANOTHER $20.00 FROM YOUR REFUND. REDICULOUS
