Ordered my pillows 1-5-16, a king size.

On 1-19-16 I recieved 2 queen sized and promptly called the company and left a message. At 8 pm I recieved a call from customer service and was told that there was no mistake on their end.

I mentioned that I had a king sized bed and paid for king size.. Oh no you changed the order and the price had been reduced but if I want to add $9 they would be happy to up grade my order. However, I would have to return the pillows 1st at my expense.

My statement at that time was "how about me returning the wrong pillows at my expense and you return my money"

Flake company run by incompetence.
