I exchanged my pillow. Was not satisfied with the pillows I received.

I had to send the ones I had back. I specifically told customer service that I need a harder pillow. She upgraded my pillow. Which I am still not happy.

I need a harder pillow. I sleep on my side and stomach. Still beating my pillow up and folding it up. Not happy at all.

Still wake up with headaches and neck pain. Not happy at all with this product.
