Your money back guarantee is a scam,
first you charge to try your pillow then you also charge to send your pillow back, this is not a money back guarantee to charge$20 when a customer does not like your product,
You do not return phone calls and have to stay on phone forever. When ordering your product you take the money immediately, when trying to return it takes forever and you have to keep calling back, one person tells you yes we have your return money will be in account by Tuesday, then the next Tuesday you are calling again, staying on hold again-- then finally they credit your account , but short $20. Such a horrible company!!
