We bought my pillows a few months ago I sent two of them back for different pillows they were way too hard and when I did this the two new ones they sent me I put one back in the Box because it was too hard and my pillow says they didn't receive it must have sent them one of my I old pillows and to get a refund on them you have to pay to ship them so customer service is so lousy that it won't even take my phone calls anymore they wrote messages for supervisors that won't return my call because I would like my old pillow or I would like my money back on the pillow I send them back that they say they did not get I wouldn't recommend them to nobody because there is no guarantee and no satisfaction you can buy one at a store much easier and much better pillow
