Ordered My Pillow with BOGOF; 2 months after I ordered it, I called and asked why I hadn't received it and was told that the "notes" they were viewing just said they couldn't "fulfill" the order. I asked why I never received a credit then and no one could tell me.
So I demanded a credit immediately and got one about two weeks later.
Horrible customer service had I never asked for it they would've kept the money and never sent me a *** pillow. pathetic
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of mypillow pillow. Mypillow needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
