I have not received my shipment yet, and after reading these dreadfull reviews I shall not open the packaging -instead take it right down to the postal store & have it shipped right back!

Then call my card company & have the payment queried.

This person wrote the review because of problem with delivery of mypillow pillow from Mypillow. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Mypillow to read this review and look into the issue (if any).

The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.

If you don't open the packaging and send the pillows back will they still charge the $10 per pillow, and will you get your money back? Just wondering since I ordered some, and after reading all the negative reviews I don't want the pillows. I already have a sore neck and shoulder.
