I finally ordered My Pillow and was very excited to receive it. It came finally, but it was lumpy!
I called customer service and they told me to put it in the dryer on high for 15 minutes, which I told her I had already tried, but I agreed to try again, but to no avail. No difference whatsoever, still lumpy. So I sent it back and am awaiting my refund. My complaint now is that they don't stand behind a defective product and I had to pay to return a rotten pillow.
If a company is reputable, they should stand behind their product and not have the customer be out by having to pay for returning an obviously defective item. This makes me wonder about ordering on line in the future.
This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Mypillow. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
