MyPillow - failer to get all of my orders

i had ordered complete bedding- two pillows extra firm sheets topper plus 2 free pillows. only items received 2 pillows plus sheets and pillow cases. did not received the rest of order. total price $507.00 i have called several times and to no avail no response back as promised. it is not to be. very poor customer care. i realize that the corona viris has been some issues but i feel that not receiving all of my orders should of being filled. or a refund should be given

I ordered a mattress topper, two free pillows and two pillow cases. After two weeks a FedEx driver delivered two pillow cases and said in a cavalier manner, thats all I have and drove off. No way to reach anyone, just leave messages which are ignored.

User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

same problem here. I ordered 2 pillows.

They sent one and will not respond about the missing pillow. I contacted my credit card and I put it in dispute.

We did not receive our order. It was placed on 3/31. Fed Ex says it was deliver 4/4 at 2:08 we were home and checked frequently. It was not delivered here.

Fed Ex is the worst of all delivery services to date. I had the same experience with a their delivery of an iPhone. Their drivers don't know their assigned areas.

I love the pillows, but the deliver charges are VERY deceptive. I ordered 2 king sized pillows as my husband needs neck surgery. I paid $20 to have the pillows shipped for delivery in 3-5 days. How nice that they arrived 8DAYS LATER. When I emailed the company, I received a very snotty reply that shipping was 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Funny, it did not say that on the website. When I tracked my order, I was told that I would receive my delivery on Thursday. The damn things showed up on Friday. Good old FEDEX kept everything in Windsor for 2 days. I might consider ordering from this company again as I do love the pillows, however, they are truly overpriced, it takes forever for them to show up and the customer service is really awful.

I purchased our pillows for $99.00 plus tax $8.80 and s/h $9.98 total $118.76...we were not happy with our pillows after trying them for 2 weeks sent them back and looked in my acct and showed a refund of $97.20...yes they did charge me again for return shipping label of $9.98 so my total return should be $108.78 not $97.20...rep stated that fed ex charges a tax to mail to usps so there was an extra tax...totally disappointed as I’m charged twice in s/h which I get but then I have to pay an extra tax for the s/h doesn’t make any sense to me...

I called customer service before ordering since I had some questions. At first Cindy was pleasant. Then she said she could take my order. I already had it in the cart online so I could make sure pricing was the same. When I asked her for a subtotal she started to get rude. Saying she could not tell me until adding tax and shipping. I told her subtotal eould be before that. She placed the order and then getting ruder said if you want to cancel you would have to call back. Well I did, talked to a manager who said he could not do anything. I could just send an email. Did so and all I got was an empty apology. I have just sent back my order. Now I am out about $20. Shipping both ways. The pillow went flat the first night. Woke up with a neck ache. Awful quality and no cooling pillow like advertised. I even got the pillow cases which were not soft at all. Over all terrible experience. Found another company that offers free shipping both ways and a longer warranty. Do not bother to spend the money!

$20 Shipping fee on an already expensive pillow? On a PILLOW! On an already rather expensive pillow! I don’t think so. In addition, during checkout on the site, they wanted to charge me $7.00 in New York State sales tax when I’m fairly sure their ads say their company is somewhere in the upper Midwest USA. The pillows are already priced at an unrealistic premium level price of nearly $100 each. Then the cute little attention-getting ads for 50% off to make you feel like you’re getting some kind of real deal... it’s a scam to get a decent pillow that you can buy almost anywhere for 1/2 of what they want.

I've never used this pillow, but if it's like me buying shoes, it will be an uphill battle. My feet hurt in al out any kind of shoe so I have to try on about a million pairs of shoes

This pillow is awful! I have to bunch it up to sleep.

My old pillow was much better. And this pillow was very expensive. Shipping and handling ridiculous.

I hate seeing the commercial now. Wish I never bought this pillow.

Found out that Costco had a rep selling the My pillow there. I Called Monday to cancel my order. 2 hours on hold, left message The told me it was shipped already. They shipped it on Tuesday. Paid for two day shipping it will take 6 days. NEVER AGAIN.

She called and they said it would be longer than what they had originally told her. 3 months later and no product! She finally had to turn it over to the fraud department at the bank!!

I placed an order on December 17, 2017. It is January 29th 2018 and have not gotten one email regarding where my order is or what the problem may be. I am beyond disappointed in this product thus far. I spent almost 200.00 but I guess my money doesn't matter to a wealthy business owner. And playing Amazing Grace on the hold system is very concerning to a fellow Christian when the treatment I have gotten so far is far from good business or Christian like. The hold time is absolutely ridiculous and forget getting called back because no one ever called. I have spoken to several people and no one has been able to get a supervisor to call me back. They even told that they re sent my order but yet that one never came either. I am extremely upset because this was a Christmas present and never came in. I even wanted to buy a dog bed for our Red Labs but now I probably wont. I think My Pillow should send my order with a full refund and throw in a large dog bed too.

wash my pillow did not spin all the water out. how to wring out by hand took 3 hours just to dry was not pleased at all
