Ordered My Pillow with expedited shipping (2-5 business days) credit card charged the total plus expedited shipping that day, now 15 days later still not received. Called and was greeted by the rudest person who asks me if I have proof I pAid for shipping, of course I do, then transferred with a comment hope you get through 60 minutes later still on hold! Worst purchase ever, they are basically stealing!
